Feature Updates - Quickly find First Aiders, Fire warden locations

Recently a Floorsight customer asked us - “Can we use the floorsense kiosk to quickly find any users on the floor that are first-aiders - ie employees with first aid certificates”. It seemed like a really useful feature that wasn’t currently implemented on the floorsense touchscreen kiosk so our team got to work to implement.

Like workspaces, the floorsense software now allows hashtags to be applied to users, such that now in addition to a name, desk or locker number, any tag value (or partial tag) can be typed into the kiosk search bar and any matching users will be listed. Clicking on the user will show their current location on the floorplan - thus finding the names and current location of first aiders in an agile work-anywhere office is now easy.

Users can have multiple tags - ie finding #firewardens is now as easy as finding a free #sitstand desk near the #window
