Book Spaces by Scanning Codes
Checking in and out of spaces is quick and easy - just point the floorsense App camera at the QR code attached to the workpoint and your done. Checking out is even easier - tap release on the App, or scan in to a different space, or use the Geo-fence feature to auto-checkout when you leave the office.
Put Codes wherever people work
Floorsight virtual QR codes can be placed anywhere users work. Put them on breakout spaces, concentration booths, individual offices and focus pods. No power needed and now all these spaces become bookable and their usage trackable.
Live Floorplan shows free and reserved spaces
Users and Administrators alike can see a live view of the office floorplan which shows which spaces are booked, by whom and when they will come free. The Administrator can also allow Prebooking space on the way to work from a live floorplan within the App

Floorsight virtual includes all the standard workpoint analytics which come with the full floorsight/floorsense product, with the exception that live actual occupancy reports are not available without our sensors. Find Colleagues without interruption
When people can work anywhere in an Agile environment, floorsight virtual makes finding co-workers easy - without interrupting them. Look up other users from either the App, a touchscreen kiosk or a web portal. It even shows when co-workers are working from home.
Go Back in Time
Select any day in the past, and any floor in your building and then simply scrub from the beginning of the day until the end to see how workpoint usage dynamically changes over the day, and who was working where. Make changes to your floorplan and re-run the analysis.

Who was sitting near Who?
If a user ends up sick, it’s important to know who they have been working near during incubation period. Floorsight Virtual intelligently pre-calculates nearby desks based on the floorplan distances so can report on neighbouring users.
Detailed Reporting Meets New Regulations
Companies need to record who has been working near who while at Level 3 and Level 2 threat levels to meet their government obligations. Floorsight reporting provides simple and easy to run reports that track who has been sitting near who across any user defined period.
Enforce Social Distancing
Administrators can quickly “lock off” desks in certain areas or for example every second desk to ensure that users can only check-in to spaces that are a safe distance from other users. If someone tries to check in via QR code at these spaces it alerts the user to choose a different space.
Easy Setup
Floorsense Virtual is 100% cloud hosted, with workpoint QR codes sent to you for printing and attaching to workpoints - or we provide some pre-printed temporary self adhesive labels with all QR codes and workpoint numbers ready to go. Users simply download the app to their phones and register with a unique setup code provided via the administrative portal (which can also be bulk emailed out).
You’ll just need to provide 2 copies of your floorplan(s) and an initial list of users to get started.
Clean Floorplan
A clean floorplan in PNG or PDF format for each floor (level) in your building. We use this image to put semi-transparent overlays over each desk or other workpoint so they are colour coded on a live floorplan within the portal or App. The nicer the supplied floorplan the better it looks on the web.
Marked Up Floorplan
Next we need the same floorplan(s) but this time with your desk/workpoint numbering and any other meta-data you want to provide - for example which neighbourhood a workpoint belongs to. This can be just handwritten and scanned in, or provided in digital format. We’ll use this information to build the admin portal and to produce the QR labels for each workpoint
Initial Users and Email (optional)
Floorsight Virtual can source users and stay in sync with external user databases from Active Directory, other LDAP data sources, or API connections to access control systems such as Gallagher Command Centre. However the fastest way to setup is to provide a simple file with firstname, lastname and optionally email address. Once users are in the floorsight Virtual portal, their App activation codes can be bulk generated and either directly emailed to end users, or via your own email system.
